Ralp Fiennes captures the dark lords maliciousness so well it sends chills down your spine.

Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson have not only grown physically in this movie but have also improved vastly in their acting skills. There are scenes where they do tend to miss the mark but overall theyve managed considerably well to bring the famous fictitious characters to life, becoming the very faces of Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermoine Granger. Other regular characters including Albus Dumbledore (Michael Gambon), Rubeus Hagrid (Robbie Coltrane) and Severus Snape (Alan Rickman), continue to get under the skin of their characters. Rickman in particular manages really well to essay the various nuances of the mysterious and dark character of professor Snape.

The special effects and the spectacular cinematography deserve a special mention too having successfully taken this movie to the next level! If youre a Harry Potter fan, youll easily notice the several missing pieces and characters ” like the Dursleys and Winkie to name just two ” but thats understandable to a great extent what with the timeframe being a limitation.
